Hello fellow Peace Corps Volunteers. We are RPCVs who served in Bulgaria 2005-2007, and I'm wondering if you can help us. We traveled overland through the Middle East and Africa following our service and stayed for a month at Lake Nkuruba Orphanage near Fort Portal, teaching English and computer skills. We have since been sponsoring a Ugandan we met named Emmanuelle Tuhairwe, whom we met there, paying his school fees. He now says he needs an operation and we're having trouble understanding what's wrong with him, if the need is legitimate, etc. I see that there's a volunteer, Julia Brennan, working at a hospital outside Fort Portal, who I was hoping could help us, chat with him and check it out. I found the article featuring you (great work!) and Julia, but cant' seem to find a blog or contact info for her. Is there any chance you could connect us?
